Embroidery
Wildwoods can embroider your design on a multitude of products. Caps, shirts, jackets, towels, and linens, just to name a few. We have experience embroidering on golf bags, upholstery, luggage, and many other items. Simply supply us with your design and we'll quote your job . If you don't have a design we will work with you to create one. Prices for setups and embroidery are based on stitch count, not the number of colors.
Screen Print
Screen printing provides a wide range of possibilities and an economical option for larger jobs. For customers needing a larger design or a low cost for a large quantity, screen printing is usually the best option. There is a minimum of 12 pcs for a screen print job and there could be a setup charge if you don't have usable art. Ideally we'd like vectored art that can be color separated. If you aren't sure what type of art you have, bring it in or email it to us and we'll let you know. The price for any screen print job is simply a matter of how many shirts in the order, how many colors are in the design, and how many locations on the shirt will be printed.
Laser Cutting and Etching
Wildwoods has an onsite laser used for cutting and etching products. It allows us to make custom applique and digitize the embroidery file to match. We use the laser to etch metal, leather, acrylic, and wood and to cut designs into fleece apparel. It can be used to create simple designs like laser cut nametags and highly detailed products such as laser cut wooden wedding invitations. Drop by the shop to see our samples.
Heat Applied Lettering
For Team Jerseys and short run print jobs heat applied lettering and numbers are a cost effective and durable option. The films come in a wide range of colors and will adhere to various materials.
