There is a minimum order size of 12 pieces for any screen printing job. If you think there may be a few add-ons after the job is done, plan ahead and order everything at one time.
Screen Printing requires better art than embroidery. Screen print art must be color separated so a separate screen can be made for each color. For this reason, vectored art is necessary. If you think of the design as a jigsaw puzzle, where pieces can be moved separately , that is vectored art. A jpg or bmp file type is like a picture of the jigsaw puzzle; the image is the same, but it’s all on piece and can not be separated into it’s component colors. If you supply non-vectored art you man incur design edit charges. All charges will be quoted and agreed on before any work begins. If you have an idea for your design, but no actual design , we will assist you in creating a design. Art design charges are $20/hr but may be waived for larger jobs or simple design setups. The cost for screen setup is $10/ screen and there is one screen per color.
